Like anything good, it varies.
I have put up some pretty accurate guidelines and pricing on each of the services pages. If you're still wondering, don't hesitate to reach out to me to start the process .

The hallmark of great service is not how someone performs the initial work, but how it gets addressed when something doesn’t go as expected. Such was the case when Greg overhauled my 8 year old shocks. Not a straightforward job and one other shops discouraged, so when after the rebuild, I ran into issues, I wasn’t entirely unsurprised. Greg, however, immediately owned it and dug into his treasure trove of older parts and converted my shock so I can get the additional years I hoped for—all at no additional cost, quickly and with his trademark enthusiasm. Greg and Butter Suspension rock!

  • JOEL BARNDT

Butter Suspension is a great company to work with! After contacting Greg M. via fb, I sent a Reverb dropper post to him to be rebuilt due to the common ‘sag’ issue. He received the post on a Monday—had it rebuilt and back in transit to me in AZ the next day—fantastic turnaround. Post is now rock solid. Anyone needing maintenance done on their Reverb post would be smart to look him up as an alternative option to sending it back to SRAM for a rebuild.

Best mechanic hands down. Greg knows everything and anything that has to do with bikes. He’s been in the industry forever and actually loves what he does which is part of why he’s so good at it. Can’t recommend enough.
