Q: How do I book a spot in your repair queue? 
A: You can visit: my suspension service page and pay a down payment on the service or services you need. You can also send me a service request and we can start the quote process. You can send me a message about scheduling your drop off by either calling 206.234.3830, or sending me a msg on my contact form.

Q: Where are you located?
A: Maple Valley, WA. Please contact me directly if you need to drop of or pickup your items. Our services are by appointment only and are not open to the general public.

Q: Shipping to Butter Suspension (Can I ship you my fork?)
A: Absolutely! Once you have either booked a spot in my queue or I have sent you a quote, feel free to ship me your bike parts to:

A: Sure! you gotta catch me down predator first (just kidding)

Q: What is your turn around time?
A: Once you've either booked an appointment or I have sent you a quote, and you have scheduled a drop off, turn around time is 1-3 days from your scheduled appointment.
